General Shipping

All our products are custom-made and printed on demand exclusively for you. As a result, they go through a production process, which means there will be a handling time. Typically, most products ship out within 1-3 days, while licensed products may take 4-7 days to ship. Rest assured, each item is crafted with care and precision to meet your expectations.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.

When do You get Them?

Once you placed your order, it will be processed as below:

Fulfillment time:

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process. However, please note that during special occasions such as the Christmas season, New Year, or in the event of disasters or a pandemic, processing times may be extended to 6-7 business days or longer. Rest assured, we strive to ensure your order is fulfilled as efficiently as possible.

Follow after the fulfillment time the shipping time which is:

  • United States: 3-5 business days.
  • Europe: 4-5 business days.
  • International: 9-13 business days.

NOTE: Your order may be delivered in several packages and shipments. We carefully consider the type, quantity, and weight of the items in your order to ensure safe packaging and shipping. Rest assured, you will not incur any additional charges for multiple packages or shipments, beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Ship Worldwide

We offer worldwide shipping options too – no matter where you are, you can buy from us! Estimated delivery time for most of our products is 9-13 business days after fulfillment to arrive. Currently we only offer Standard Shipping for International. We apologies for the inconvenience.

We ship to Europe with no customs charge and duties

Applied since July 30th 2021, the dramatic changes in the delivery services to Europe include:

  • Shorten delivery times: 4-6 business days.
  • No customs charge and duties: European customers do not need to pay customs charge and duties anymore when they receive the package.
  • Low risk of loss of Goods in Transit. Previously, the orders are shipped from the US, so the delivery cost is quite expensive and the loss of goods is also a lot.

Once becomes available, we will provide you with a tracking via the confirmation email. This will enable you to conveniently track your package online. Check here

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to multiple locations

Regrettably, it is not possible to divide an order and ship it to multiple locations. If you intend to send items to different addresses, kindly make a separate order for each shipping destination.

Address changes

Regrettably, once an order enters the processing stage, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
