REFUNDS POLICY

Read First : ( Below is few reason you can’t return your item and cancel your order )
+ You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of item .
+ Your order was placed 1 days ago
+ The image quality in tshirt is considered good

You will receive your refund within 5 business days. Please contact us if you notice it takes too long for the refund to reach you.

You will receive your replacement order confirmation within 5 business days. After that, please kindly allow us at most 5 more days of fulfillment before we can send you a new tracking number.

All transactions, including refunds, will be processed securely through PayPal. You can refer to our Billing T&Cs for further information.

We operate on a print-on-demand service, which means your t-shirts will be freshly printed after you order from us. Therefore, please refer to the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:

  • The product was received in the last 30 days.
  • The product has the problems we describe below.

Important note:

  • Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues . Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 5 hours to contact us and request order modifications (such as a size/color change) or cancellation. After 5 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.

We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we finish printing the product and ship it out (this process takes an average of 3-5 days). Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT/LOW-QUALITY PRODUCTS

We guarantee to issue you a refund or a free replacement in the following situations:

  • The design was poorly printed.
  • You received a different size from what you ordered.
  • You received a different product from what you ordered.
  • Products missing or damaged.

Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

RETURNS

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. Please send us a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and include the order number. As soon as we have confirmed it, we will issue you a refund or a replacement.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

Lapommenyc works hard to ensure that all our products are printed to high-quality standards & shipped on time and accurately.

Customers have 30 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement, refunds policy or returns. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any cases.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM?

A: Each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement items for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The quality of the printing is poor.
  • Final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.
  • The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

A:If customer would like to return the item we only accept return of items if they meet all of following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

After contacting Lapommenyc support at [email protected] and receive our response with returns eligible address, please do exactly following instructions:

  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.
  • Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to address mention in the email.

Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers
You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. We will also send you another email to notify you if we approve or reject to refund in your case.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR SWITCHING SIZE/COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?

A: We offer exchange 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order size. In this case, shipping and handling fee is $12 for t-shirts and $17 for the others.

We do not offer return for any product except CUSTOM PRODUCTS (CLOTHING, MUG, HAT). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Lapommenyc  support at [email protected] We’ll make it right.

LOST YOUR PACKING LIST?

Pack in original packaging, unwashed and unworn in resalable condition with original warranty info, package inserts, etc. with your name, address, and phone number (or alternatively a copy of the invoice) describing what action you’d like us to take once we receive the item. EXCHANGES?

Ship exchange item to us and there’s no additional shipping charges for us to send your exchange to you. If there is any payment due as a result of the difference between the items, please enclose the additional charge and payment method with your exchange

CREDITS?

Issued in the same manner the purchase was made, usually same day we receive in our warehouse. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card credits to show up on your statement. Checks are mailed within two weeks. If you purchased your item through PayPal, we process the return and they will credit your account. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable unless we made the error.

Sorry, due to our low price points we’re unable to accept “return postage due” items, COD’s, issue call tags or pay for return postage and such packages will be refused.
Lapommenyc has the right to charge a small restocking fee in the event of a return not in resealable condition or a product abuse or misuse. Contact us  if you have questions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
